Big Island Opportunity Zone Investment Workshop (Hawaii Island - Kona)

Business Owners and Investors: Opportunity Zones are federally designated census tracts in which investments receive favorable tax treatment for business investors and great development opportunities exist for business owners. Individual project consultations will also be available for a limited number of attendees, as the schedule permits. A continental breakfast will be provided. Seating is limited.

We are located at the NELHA (Natural Energy Lab of HI) campus, accessed from Kaiminani Dr. (traffic light just south of the airport). From Kaiminani take a right onto Makako Bay Dr. and follow the road past the beach all the way to the end. We're in Hale Iako on the right side of the road.
