Directions: Turn into NELHA (Natural Energy Laboratoryof Hawaii Authority) and follow the road until you must turn right, then keep going (with the ocean on your left) , past Kona Cold Lobster and past an open gate. The Hale Iako Building is located at the very far end of the main road on the right (in NELHA). The building has a blue roof and is on the right hand side. There is parking in the front and back of the building.
