Who should attend this workshop? The workshop is geared to small scale agricultural producers entering into the Value Added Products industry. Topics covered include technical knowledge about the food product development process and the specialty food industry requirements. Participants will also learn about marketing to the various channels, how pricing can be affected, industry vocabulary and expectations from grocers/retailer.
