Add Aloha is a Shaka session designed for small businesses that want improve relationships, team morale, customer service, communications, and their story. This interactive workshop is a unique approach to small business Hawai'i style that combines Shaka values that apply to any project or group. To gain the most from this workshop, it is recommended that participants view the award-winning documentary, "Shaka-A Story of Aloha." A free viewing is available on January 31, 2025 (separate registration via HISBDC.org/events is required). Add Aloha is part of the Shaka Project small business collaboration with ID8.org, First Foundation Bank, and Hawai'i SBDC. It is recommended for small business owners who want to instill exceptional customer service, cohesive teamwork, and accountability to grow their business as one Shaka Team!
