The Dec 27, 2020 Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act (the Economic Aid Act) enables funding for several relief programs both familiar (PPP, EIDL Advances) and brand new (grant program for shuttered entertainment venues). Does your business qualify? Is your business ready to take advantage of these programs? What’s New, What’s Changed Join us for a one (1) hour Zoom presentation and additional Q&A where we will introduce the third round of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funding. Focusing on what’s new for PPP, we’ll review the eligibility and application rules for new borrowers and new a second draw option for certain existing PPP borrowers. The income tax rules have been clarified for forgiven PPP loans and EIDL. Finally, we will briefly touch on the simplified less than $150K PPP Forgiveness option, a targeted EIDL Advance grant and a new grant program for shuttered entertainment venues
