With this lean Business Plan tool you will learn to identify and communicate the nine key elements of a business model. Your completed Business Model Canvas will outline the case of your new venture. This workshop is for anyone who wants to understand best practices and entrepreneurial skills needed to lead innovation projects, teams & strategies.
