On average, a person who has a positive customer service experience will tell 11 people versus the 15 people they will tell if their experience is negative (Not to mention social media!). In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of the consumer consumption process, how service is experienced and how to build a better experience for your customer that builds your brand and brand value.
