This two hour offering will explore these questions 1) Who can purchase the business 2) What is a fair price for the business 3) When can the transfer be made 4) When using a buy-sell agreement what is most practical: Entity, Cross-Purchase or Stock Redemption 5) How does a business fund a buy-sell agreement?
