Business Law Corps Free Legal Assistance
APPOINTMENTS WILL BE VIA PHONE CONSULTATION ONLY.
Appointments with the Business Law Corp clinic are on every other Wednesdays for 30 minutes and are meant to answer specific questions, provide general guidance, not to provide a document review or long term legal help.
WHAT CAN THEY HELP WITH? The attorneys are experienced corporate lawyers, and can help you with questions related to: choice of entity, governance, for-profit corporations, LLCs and partnerships. If topics are outside of these disciplines, the BLC may not be able to fully assist, but will provide you with the best guidance (to their knowledge) and/or refer you to other resources.

TIME:
4 Openings: 11:00am, 11:30am, 12:00pm and 12:30pm
Appointments are 30 minute private phone sessions and by appointment only.
NOTE: Clinic appointments can run overtime if the schedule is full. Please be patient if the attorney does not call you right at your appointment time.

CANCELLATION: Should you decide to cancel your appointment please contact us immediately. We would like to ensure that the attorneys are utilizing their time to the fullest. Normally this type of legal guidance would be at a cost. Should you miss your appointment without prior notice, you are at risk of not being able to reschedule your appointment.
